Accepted Insurance
We currently partner with the following insurance providers for acupuncture services:
-
American Specialty Health (ASH)
-
Aetna

Please note that coverage varies by plan, and not all policies include acupuncture. We recommend verifying your specific benefits before scheduling.

Treatment Options
We encourage first-time insurance patients to schedule a Comprehensive Treatment. Established patients may book return visits as either a Comprehensive Treatment or a 30-Minute Follow-up, depending on their needs.
1. Insurance: Comprehensive Treatment
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost: Insurance covers the core acupuncture session. You are responsible for any applicable copay, coinsurance, or deductible, plus a $42 concierge fee. This fee covers the extended session time and adjunct therapies, such as cupping, manual therapy, gua sha, and herbal medicine, which are not covered by or billable to most insurance carriers.
Best for: Patients with complex health conditions or multiple concerns who would benefit from a longer, more in-depth session, with adjunct therapies based on clinical need.
2. Insurance: 30-minute Follow-up
Duration: 30 minutes
Cost: Fully covered by insurance. You are responsible only for any applicable copay, coinsurance, or deductible. No concierge fee.
Best for: Follow-up visits and patients with a single chief complaint.
First-visit note: If this option is selected for a first visit, no acupuncture will be provided during that visit. It will instead be conducted as an office visit- a health history review, assessment, and treatment plan only.
Conceirge Fee
A concierge fee of $42 is an optional, separate charge that applies only to the Comprehensive Treatment (in addition to any copay, coinsurance, or deductible).
This fee is not a payment for the covered acupuncture treatment (which we bill to your insurance at our contracted rate). It supports enhanced, non-covered elements of care, including: Incorporation of adjunctive therapeutic modalities (e.g., cupping therapy, myofascial release/manual techniques, gua sha, and herbal recommendations) that are often not reimbursable by insurance.
