What can I expect with an herbal medicine consult?

These consults typically last about 45 minutes and are held at out Banker’s Hill office or virtually via ZOOM

We will review the client’s health history and current health concerns as well as any pharmaceutical medications you may be taking (or have tried in the past), in order to avoid any drug-herb interactions

With your approval and input, a finalized comprehensive protocol will be created. This protocol may include any or all of the following items: dietary changes, lifestyle changes, herbal products, nutritional supplements, and/or other complementary therapies. Typically a protocol is followed for 1-3 months.

Depending on the complexity of your situation, protocol suggestions may be provided immediately following the consultation, or we may require additional time to carefully craft a tailored plan specific to your needs.
